Gameforge Reveals EU Aion Classic Roadmap An Boasts 200K Characters Created
Prepare for “Aion Classic EU 2.0” coming this summer.
Following the launch of Aion Classic in the EU, Gameforge dropped a roadmap for the game. This gives everyone an idea of what to expect, specifically Aion Classic EU 2.0 expected in July. This update will increase player level caps to 55 and introduce the regions Inggison and Gelkmaros to the MMORPG. New PvE and PvP instances will be added at this time as well. This includes Udas temple, Taloc’s Hollow, Upper Abyss Instances, Esoterrace, Chantra Dredgion, and the 6v6 Tiak Research Base fight.
This news comes following a fairly successful launch (not including the DDoS attacks). Since launch, the game boasts over 200k characters and more than 3,000 legions. Gameforge revealed these along with a few other statistics in the infographic seen below.
Speaking of the DDoS, players can expect some goodies as an apology for that. The rewards include a free Siel’s Energy, 270 Qunas, and scroll bundles.
