Aion Classic EU Gets Massive 2.8 Conquest Patch, Garrison Battles Kick Off
Explore the inverted space-time region of Apheta Beluslan.
Today, Elyos and Asmodians alike can explore Apheta Beluslan, an inverted space-time region created by Tiamat. The zone, introduced in Aion Classic EU's Conquest update, is filled with mutated creatures created with the aid of a renegade Daeva turned-mad scientist. Of course, with both factions wandering the zone, it’s not just the mutations that need to be worried about.
Apheta Beluslan also introduces new garrison battles and a neutral raid that takes place every Saturday at 11 pm to the MMORPG. The garrison battles offer daily and weekly quests. Players may choose to participate in one of these. If a faction conquers all the garrisons, the opposing faction gets buffed.
Of course, a new region and new combat options mean new rewards. Players will be able to accumulate new relics, crafting material fragments, and more. New NPCs will appear after garrisons are conquered – or at certain times in random locations in Apheta Beluslan to help with everything from relic exchanges to weaponsmithing.
In addition, a new instance has been added as well: Phaestos’ Disc.
Of course, the update also includes fixes and buffs. Plays can also expect a level increase to 58. Details on these can be found in the patch notes.
