War Thunder Prepares To Release The Hornet’s Sting Update Tomorrow

Gaijin is preparing to drop the next big War Thunder update, Hornet’s Sting, and is warning players that there may be some downtime as part of the process – something that’s not particularly uncommon with large updates in online games. To keep players from being bored, and prepare them for what’s on the way, the devs have suggested that they check out some of the dev blogs.

If nothing else, players can watch several videos that were posted today as part of a video digest. The videos cover everything from the war strategy game’s squadron battles to various situations players might find themselves in and how they dealt with it. Each of the videos with supplemental information can be found on the War Thunder site.

On an additional note, Gaijin is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special decal and discount. The decal is a very cute clover. As for the discount, if you’ve been looking at picking up the Irish LÉ Orla, it’s 30% off. That means it will run you 4,263 Golden Eagles. The discount and the decal are available until March 20. To pick up the decal, players will need to play 3 battles at rank III or higher.
