War Thunder June Update Will Drastically Change The Game Adding Mid-Range Air-to-Air Missles
It will also introduce Belgian and Dutch aviation.
War Thunder is getting a pretty big update in June, introducing new medium-range air-to-air missiles with active radar guidance as well as a new branch in France’s tech tree that introduces Belgian and Dutch aviation. The missiles, known as FOX-3s are autonomous and don’t require constant illumination of the target. Although, players of the strategy game may want to track them in TWS mode. These missiles will be carried by the Su27SM, the most advanced of the SU-27 fighters in the game.
As for the new aviation, it will start with the Gladiator MK I, a plane from the 30s, and ends with the F-16AM Block 15 MLU. It will also include the French Mirage 5BA, which was developed for the Belgian Air Force.
Other content in the update includes new ground equipment like the Canadian modification of the Leopard 2A4 battle tank.
