War Thunder Adding Chinese Vehicles And Night Vision Optics In September
War Thunder is adding military vehicles from China in its September update, Night Vision. While not all the vehicles included are of Chinese manufacture -- such as Soviet and American imports and captured Japanese vehicles -- they were all used by Chinese military forces at one time. There's even the Henschel Hs 123A-1, which was imported by Chinese Nationalist forces from Germany.
As soon as Night Vision is released, players will have access to a selection of Chinese ground vehicles and aircraft. More can be unlocked by completing various in-game missions or by purchasing a pre-order pack.
Another feature coming to the game with this update -- and the basis for its name -- is the introduction of night vision devices and thermal sights. Because this will let vehicles be detected by their heat signatures, tankers will have the option of shutting off their engines to make detection by the enemy more difficult. We at MMOBomb recommend against doing the same for your planes and helicopters.
Learn more about the new Chinese vehicles coming to War Thunder or purchase a pre-order pack on the War Thunder website.
