Trove Gets Lucky For St. Patrick's Day
The Luck of the Trovish begins with the St. Qubeslick's Day event.
Ah, March. That special time of year when the Shamrock Shake returns to McDonald's and beer turns green. It also happens to be when MMOs start dropping their take on St. Patrick's Day events – such as Trove's St. Qubeslick's Day. The event, which begins today, offers players a chance to pick up special mounts, pets, allies, and more by participating in event quests. Some of these quests will be familiar, while others are completely new.
To kick things off, players will need to talk with Qubesly in the game hub to begin a crafting quest. Craft two limited-time foods: St. Qubeslick's Delite and St. Qubeslick's Feast. Both items grant a magic find boost when eaten. They'll also make enemies old and new appear. The returning enemies will be Luckbeast and Fluxbeast, while the new kids are Tricera-Flux and Tricera-Luck. These are the baddies you’ll want to tack down to get your hands on new pets and mounts.
Once the beasties are taken care of and their associated rewards obtained, the next thing players will want to do is head to the Treasure Isles. There, they’ll be able to earn Sir o'Lucky's Coin event currency, which can be exchanged for the ability to find Sir o'Lucky at Unity Shrines and purchase random items from him.
There’s quite a bit to do during St. Qubeslick’s Day. The good news is that you have a bit of time to get it all done. Just be sure you have everything you want before the event ends on March 22.
