Time For Ascendeds To Celebrate 14 Years Of Rift In This Year's Carnival Of The Ascended
It's something to do, I guess.
Rift is ready to ring in its 14th year with the Carnival of the Ascended starting today in the MMORPG. The actual anniversary arrives on March 1st, but I don't think anyone will begrudge the game for starting their celebration slightly early. The event runs all the way to March 13th anyway, so we're all good.
The Carnival of the Ascended is broken up into 3 phases with the first running until February 27th, then phase two starts and runs until March 6th, then phase three fires and wraps things up on March 13th. All of the decorations are up in all the major cities and a new daily quest and weekly quest await. Hit up Dantwor Honey-Tongue in Tempest Bay for the weekly that rewards a few doubloons to spend in the event's shop. More rewards can be gathered doing the daily quests.
If you log in sometime between March 1st and the 7th, you'll also be rewarded with patron status for 7 days for free.
