Throne And Liberty Update 2.1.0 Introduces New Activity And Artifact System
There are also new solo dungeon bosses and 3-Star dungeons to look forward to.
Later today, NCSoft will take down Throne and Liberty servers to launch a new update early tomorrow morning. The update will be introducing a new activity to the MMORPG as well as an artifact system. The new activity, titled Nebula Island, is an inter-server activity for PvP fans level 55 and above. It takes place across six regions and a central village and features four warzones where PvP is always active. There's one peaceful zone for those that want to avoid PvP. The central village has several portals that players can use to travel to hunting grounds and collect Nebula Stones that can be exchanged for items.
To accompany the new activity, the update also introduces the new artifact system. The artifacts are obtained from Nebula Island. Although, if that’s not really your speed, the option exists to obtain them via the Abyss Dungeons in Talandre as well.
As for the rest of the update, it introduces two new solo dungeon bosses. The first is a treelike creature named Umbrakan. The second is half demon, half human. Known as Demian, this boss was subjected to intense training by the Arkeum. Two new 3-Star dungeons are available as well: Doomrot Grove and Twisted Laboratory.
The update also implements support for raids, introduces new targeting enhancements, make adjustments to existing features, and more. A full list is available in the patch notes on the Throne and Liberty site.
