The Returning Budgie Madness Event Is Back In RIFT's Carnival 2022 Event
An event aiming to help celebrate 11 years of RIFT.
Gamigo's fantasy MMORPG, RIFT, is in full seasonal mode as the "Budgie Carnival Celebration" kicks off today with a hefty collection of in-game events, quests, and items. Between April 13 and May 10, you can dive into the Carnival event content, helping to celebrate 11 years of RIFT.
Unfortunately, the returning Budgie Madness Event will only be around for two weeks. Don't miss your chance to saddle up and attend the daily races in Cape Jule, Freemarch, Pelladane, or Silverwood to earn your stripes again or for the first time. For the eager combat players, you can accept the Minions of Migration quest and battle through an expert dungeon to win a warfront in the "Birds of a Feather Train Together" quest. Also, by completing these daily quests, players will get tradable Chaos Motes and eventually earn a Budgie mount.
Besides the main events, curious Budgie players can complete new quests from Frank Stroher, the event NPC, and get even more Chaos Motes as rewards. There's also the scenic transition of major cities in-game to view when logging in, with buildings and familiar zones decorated with anniversary pizazz.
Not to mention, players can race around carnival grounds to catch frogs for the frog wrangler, play a Memory Match game, or search for pinatas between the daily grind. Easter is just around the corner, too, so RIFT is offering themed items such as bunny ears that can transform you into a cute little bunny.
