Summerfest Returns To Rift: If You've Missed The Rewards In Years Past, Here's Another Crack At Them
Another event without much of an update.
Another day, another annual event returns to Rift. Once again, if you've missed the rewards from previous years, you have a few weeks to grab them now. If you've picked up everything you wanted from the event years ago, then there's really nothing new going on for you, sadly.
The MMORPG's celebration of summer starts today and will run until July 24th. The rewards shop will be available until the 30th, though, in case you can't log in right away to pick up your prizes. Take part in Scavenger Hunts, Swarmlord Khargroth Battles, Seasonal Quests, Artifact Pinatas, and other event content to gain the event's currency, then go buy rewards.
Honestly, the official post is pretty sparce on details. It gives a little lore on the mystery of the event's past, but as for event details...yeah, I covered them all already here. The CADRIFT site actually has more details than the official site, although they have some of the dates a bit off at the time of this writing, probably due to them anticipating the event ahead of time. I'm sure they'll be updated now that the official dates are known. If you want to know more about what events return and which do not, this is probably the best place to go for now.
Writing about Rift just continuously makes me sad.
