Sparkypants' Hybrid MOBA/RTA Dropzone Headed To Steam Early Access
Earlier today, new developer Sparkypants announced that its MOBA/RTA published by Gameforge, Dropzone, will be leaving closed beta and heading into Early Access on Steam. Over the following weeks, as the transition takes place, registered beta players can expect to have their accounts migrated to Steam for them. At the same time, they will also receive several perks to thank them for their testing.
While it hasn't officially been stated that the game will be free-to-play, the type of game as well as its association with Gameforge leads us to believe it will be. The Steam Early Access page says this model is being considered. In the meantime, those interested in getting in on the early access can do so at a cost of $19.99.
