Sci-Fi RTS/MOBA Dropzone Hits Steam
Developer Sparkypants and publisher Gameforge announced today that their free-to-play MOBA/RTS game Dropzone has arrived on the Steam store. Players can download the sci-fi game today via Steam Early Access.
In Dropzone, players command three weaponized battle rigs -- each filling a different class role -- at once. These rigs are paired with pilots in order to customize loadouts and feature hundreds of pieces of unlockable gear. During matches, players will need to capture key points including towers, all while fighting off enemy rigs.
To hop into Early Access today, you will need to spend a bit of cash. The game offers two editions, standard and Commander. Standard will run you $19.99, while the Commander Edition is currently on sale for $35.99. If you'd rather pick it up when it's free, you'll need to wait for the game's official launch.
