Scavengers Early Access Is Just Days Away
Back in March, Midwinter Entertainment informed players that when they next brought the Scavengers servers up, they intended to leave them up, effectively rolling everyone into Early Access. At the time, the developers noted that the Early Access would kick off some time in "late April", but didn't provide a precise date. Today, we have one.
On April 28, Early Access will kick off.
To get things rolling, the dev team is working with the Twitch community to provide new players with access via Twitch Drops. You all know how it works. Watch Scavenger streamers and earn the drop.
To help onboard and jump-start our Twitch community, new players will be able to access Early Access by watching Twitch streams and getting a Twitch Drop.
More details to come soon. We’re very excited to share the next steps of #ScavengersGame with you!

While Early Access kicks off on the 28th, this does not necessarily mean it will be available on Consoles at the time. In fact, the devs stated in their earlier announcement that they'll let players know about console access at a later time. When it hits, the Early Access update will feature plenty of updates based on player feedback from the testing periods. these include things like making the game easier for new players to jump into, anti-cheat measures, and technical fixes.
