Runes Of Magic Can Now Get A U.S. Driver's License As The MMORPG Turns 16 Years Old
You'll be receiving gifts each day via in-game mail.
We've got another MMORPG anniversary for ya! This time it's Gameforge's Runes of Magic that gets to celebrate its 16th birthday. The celebration will feature multiple events and buffs throughout the game including an experience and drop buff that actually happens twice. The first buffs start on March 6th (+300% to EXP and TP and +200% to drops) and the second version takes effect on March 17th (+400% to EXP and TP and +300% to drops.)
Players will also gain access to two different exchange NPCs throughout the event that allow players to exchange their extra Water Elements for useful materials including other elements, Badges of the Trials, and Ghost Cards, just to name a few.
Starting on March 14th, daily rewards will be mailed to players. If you play multiple characters, you'll only be able to claim the gifts via your in-game mailbox on the first character you log in on, so make sure you pick your character accordingly. If you happen to miss a day, don't worry. You'll still be eligible for gifts on the remaining days until the freebies end on March 23rd.
Finally, if you're playing in Mirror Worlds, you can receive additional heart and blue materials from March 10th through the 18th. The official announcement post details all your rewards and important dates.
