Now That Galactic Season 6 Has Ended, August Brings The Gree And Pirates Back To SWTOR
A new month equals two events coming back to the MMO.
That's a wrap on Star Wars: The Old Republic's Galactic Season 6, but that doesn't mean there aren't things coming for players to do while they wait on some of the new content featured in the team's last livestream.
In the meantime, August will see the return of both the "Relics of the Gree" event and the "Pirate Incursion" event.
Relics of the Gree will be available in the MMO on August 6th and run for a week until the 13th. If you're level 50 or above, head out to Ilum's contested area and take on a challenging fight with a boss that awaits you in the center of a Gree vessel. Rewards include Gree Enclave reputation, Gray Helix Weapons, Cyan, Blue, and Red sphere vehicles, and more.
For those of a lower level, the Pirate Incursion starts on August 20th for players level 20 and above. This event will also run for one week. Dantooine needs a bit of help from Republic players and Empire players just love feeding the chaos that loose pirates are causing. Companions, mounts, and pets are the primary rewards awaiting you on this side of the event fence.
If you're someone that likes shelling out a little cash for cosmetics, the Master the Fight: Firebolt Edition Bundle is now available and includes 180 subscription days, 5500 Cartel Coins, the Firebolt mount itself, and a few other extras.
