The game was part of today’s Nintendo Direct showcase.
An all-new, very cute battle brawler is in the works at NCSoft. During the Nintendo Direct showcase, the developer announced that Battle Crush will be entering closed beta testing on October 23. The test will run for a week, ending on October 30.
This is a multi-platform game intended for Nintendo Switch, Steam, and mobile devices. It does offer cross-play support. The game consists of three primary modes, Battle Royale, Brawl, and Build up. The battle royale is designed for up to 30 players and has a team mode as well as a solo mode. The team mode allows players to join in a party of up to three while solo mode lets them go it alone.
Brawl is a single-player mode that allows players to choose three items to fight with. It’s set on a smaller map and has team and solo modes. Build-Up is a one-on-one, best three-out-of-five mode. Between each round, the defeated player can choose items that will help them in the next.
