MU Online Season 19-1 Part 1 Shows The Grow Lancer Some Love
And it’s time for another speed server event.
Webzen dropped a new update for the MMORPG, MU Online today – Season 19-1 Part 1. This update includes two big features, a renewal of the Grow Lancer and the launch of a new Speed Server event.
This is the first real love the Grow Lancer has gotten since she was introduced in 2015. It introduces two new skills. The first, Oversting, summons Grow Lancers equal to the number of targets, each dealing a stabbing attack to one of the targets. The second skill, Wild Breche, is an AoE ability that requires the lancer to swing their weapon around.
In addition to the new abilities, new exclusive Master Lancer shield items have been added. There are eight in total. All of them help boost the Grow Lancer’s based defense.
Of course, an updated class means people are going to want to try it out, so Webzen launched a speed server to get those players caught up. Players who join the speed server will be given 100 Ruud for every level-up from level 401 to level 800. That’s a total of 40,000 Ruud. Once they’ve made it that far, players will be able to transfer to an original server for free between August 6 and August 27, at which point they’ll receive additional rewards, including an armor set, wings, souls, 350,000 Ruud, and more. A full list of rewards is available on the MU Online site.
