Lineage II Introduces New PvP And PvE Content To Prepare Players For “Project Wolf”
Today’s update includes a little something for everyone.
On April 15, NCSoft will drop the new “Project Wolf” class and server update in Lineage II. To help players get ready for the new weekly content, group battles, and boss fights that will arrive in the F2P MMORPG’s content update, the team decided to drop three new PvP and PvE components today.
The new content dropped today should keep players fairly busy. They include a weekly fight against the Dark Legion in which players fight to keep them from taking Giran Castle, a special hunting zone with changing water depth and expanded territory that will be available every weekend, and a fight against one of the Elemental Bosses in a new hunting zone.
In addition to the new content drop, NCSoft also announced several events intended to celebrate the launch of Project Wolf as well as the game’s 21st Anniversary. Some of them are the basic login/free gift events. Others are a bit more involved, such as the return of the Anniversary Letter Collector event. Finally, a Wolf Server Lightspeed Rush will also be taking place, offering players boosts unique to the server.
Players are encouraged to pre-register for Project Wolf. Players who do so will earn exclusive cosmetics and consumables, as well as a free package containing spellbooks, hero-grade dolls, accessories, and a Wolf Necklace when the server launches.
