Krokotopia Gets The Revamp Brush And Is Looking More Modern While Wizard101 Also Adds Magic Weaving
Even some classic monsters in the zone have been given a glow up.
Everyone loves a glow up, right? Wizard101 thinks so and in today's Selenopolis Update the MMORPG's team is updating the look, feel, quests, monsters, and more in the Egyptian-inspired Krokotopia zone. Interestingly, F2P players get a little bonus in the update. Firecat Alley, Cyclops Lane, and the Oasis have been added to the F2P experience, however it is only for a limited time and we don't know the "end date" right now. Check it out fast.
If you've completed the Dragonspyre storyline, new questlines are available to take on as you work your way to your new hubs for the game's "Magic Weaving" feature. Players will be picking a second school of magic and that will be your "weaving" school. You'll learn more about the Magic Wheel, Weaving, and earn new, unique school combinations by working your way through weaving quests.
The update's Spell Fusion addition allows you to combine spell cards into powerful new abilities. Hit up the trainers to learn more.
Finally, a few quality of life updates have been added to the backpack, Beastmoon forms, and more. The full patch notes break it all down.
