It's The MMO That Never Quits: EverQuest Launches Its 30th Expansion "Laurion's Song"
Unravel the mystery that is the Realm of Heroes.
EverQuest just keeps on crankin' them out. Today marks the launch of Laurion's Song, the MMORPG's 30th expansion. In this expansion, the heroes of Norrath walk through a door that appears in the Plane of Tranquility to find an inn in the clearing of a forest. This is the Realm of Heroes, but the comfort of the inn is but a facade, and it's up to the heroes to discover the mystery that lies beneath.
There are brand new lands to explore in Laurion's Song such as Ankexfen Keep, and players can switch to alternate personas. When switching to an alternate persona they keep their characteristics, name, inventory, bank, crafting skills, and keying while swapping to another class.
This EverQuest expansion features a level cap increase to 125, alternate personas, new items, zones, raids, missions, quests, spells, combat abilities, and more.
