Huge War Thunder "Sons of Attila" Update Implements Roadmap Additions, New Vehicles, And More

Been wishing that War Thunder had more vehicles? Upgraded visuals? Well, you're in luck as the Sons of Attila major update brings both to the game.

From the strategy game's Roadmap you've got new jets for the US, Israel, USSR, Germany, and Britain. These include some cockpit makeovers. Along with ground units for Britain and the USSR, Italy now has the Hungarian ground forces branch. China, France, and Sweden also get new ground units as well. Add to all that the Hungarian helicopter branch and new premium battleships.

War Thunder has also been working to improve graphical effects in the game. There are new trees and wind effects, shots and explosions, destroyable ammo, aircraft warning systems, updated RWR, and a realistic HUD for helicopters.

For aerial battles, the Rocky Pillars map comes to the game, while ground-based combat gets an updated Test Site - 2271 map which has been improved based on player feedback.
