Heroes & Generals Adds Light Tanks And Revolver In "Armored Assault" Update
Why walk when you can drive? Especially when you can drive a 10-ton death machine in the name of Mother Russia?
Heroes & Generals' latest update, codenamed "Zhukov - Armored Ambush," adds a pair of fast-moving light tanks to the game, the Soviet T-70 and the German Pz. II Ausf. L. "Luchs." Both are designed for outflanking maneuvers with just enough armor to deflect small arms fire and some larger ordnance. There's also a new Russian armored car, the BA-6 Infantry Fighting Vehicle, and a few new camo options for tanks new and old.
If you do find yourself on foot, comrade, you can arm yourself with the Nagant M1895 Revolver, which boasts some serious stopping power. Finally, the Depot map has been updated, to help decrease spawn camping, and there's even a tunnel system you can use to launch surprise underground assaults.
