Hawkgirl Added to Infinite Crisis Lineup This Month
Turbine's DC Comics based MOBA, Infinite Crisis, is set to ring in the new year right away by adding more heroes. First up is the cop turned hero, Hawkgirl. Focusing on isolation and direct damage, Hawkgirl has abilities that include a gap closing dash to a marked target and the ability to silence a target as well.
Hawkgirl's Soar and Mace Throw ability allows her to jump from the jungle game into a lane for some pretty nice gank attempts. Hawkgirl appears to be most comfortable in top and bottom lanes but has a bit of flexibility on item usage depending on what your team needs for a given match.
How did Hawkgril get her name? Through a chance encounter with Hawkman, of course:
While on yet another disciplinary suspension for breaking the rules, she encountered Hawkman. The hero told her that she was a reincarnated Egyptian princess and that the two had been both heroes and lovers in their previous lives. She thought him insane and asked to be left alone. Surprised that she did not remember him, he agreed to leave, but insisted she accept a mace and flight harness, artifacts of her past life. She took the items just to be rid of him.
You can check out the full moves list on the official website and get ready to soar into action with Hawkgil when she becomes available on January 21st.
