Guild Wars 2 E-magazine Offers Preview Of Icebrood Saga
If you didn't get enough hype from ArenaNet's announcement of the next chapter of Guild Wars 2 last week, you can check out a 18-page e-magazine (including covers), fresh off the virtual newsstands, that contains info about the game's past and future, as well as a few bits of entertaining fluff for fans.
The Guild Wars 2 Living World Magazine evokes the days of video game print magazines -- remember those? -- complete with subscription cards and advertisements. I mean, sure, the whole thing is an ad, but it's also got an interview with fan artist Mike Nash, lore about the Elder Dragons, profiles of prominent NPCs, and information on the lands players will be visiting in the Icebrood Saga.
Whether you're looking for a chuckle or information, you can check out the e-mag here. It's a cool way to promote the game, though I dare ArenaNet to actually go forward and produce what's advertised on page 13 ...
