Fish For Prizes In Blade & Soul's Fortune Falls Event
Update: We've also learned that, when the Fallen Idols expansion goes live on the 25th, premium members will receive several benefits, including bonus Outfit Delivery Stamps, improved daily login rewards, and more. Learn all about these bonuses on the B&S site.
Nothing says summer quite like fishing and alcohol. Get a little of both in Blade & Soul's Fortune Falls event, which hits servers next Wednesday and runs for three weeks, offering rewards a-plenty.
To get started, you'll need to head to Jadestone Village and take on the Fortune Falls event dungeon, where Kegleg Jeg has "flooded this tranquil oasis with alcohol," which sounds like a fishing trip gone bad (or good, depending on your point of view). After defeating him, you'll have a supply of Fishing Hooks, which you can use while wearing a Master Troller outfit in Jadestone Village to try and reel in some noobs -- I mean, fish. It's not that kind of trolling.
The exact reward system is a little complex, with both guaranteed token drops and random rewards, so I'd suggest reading up on it on the Blade & Soul site to learn more. In addition to the fishing, you can also earn Ephemeral Survival Charms to boost your stats in battlegrounds. The Fortune Falls event runs from July 25 to August 15, with rewards redeemable until Sept. 5.
