Fae Yule Returns To Rift With Frosty New Pets
It's the festive time of year again in Rift, and Fae Yule is under way. This year's event -- which began today -- takes place in three different phases. Each phase begins a week after the previous one. Unfortunately, gamigo hasn't bothered to state exactly what happens during each of these phases, but we do know that the whole thing comes to an end on January 7, with the exception of the store which will remain open until January 14.
The event brings new rewards for players, including new vanity items and mounts, new minions, and even some icy new pets. (Seriously, the pets look like ice sculptures.) There are new capes, wings, a frosty levitation emote, and more. Oh. And if you missed out on minions and pets from previous years, the prices on those have been dropped and will remain that way.
