EverQuest's Two New Servers, Vaniki And Yelinak, Are Live Today
If players were thinking of returning to EverQuest, now is the perfect time.
Players looking to join a new server in EverQuest should check out the newest servers, Vaniki and Yelinak. Vaniki is a Level Locked Progression server that will have an accelerated rate of expansion and level unlocks up to level 60. After this, expansions and level unlocks return to a normal rate of 8 and 12 weeks. The level is also capped at 10 levels below the original level cap of the newest opened expansion.
As for the second server, Yelinak is a Relaxed True-Box Time Locked Progression server where new expansions unlock automatically every 8-12 weeks. Only one EverQuest client may be run per computer and experience has been set to be progression standard. What this means is that the game will start off slower than live, but faster than EverQuest at the original launch and increases at the launches of Gates of Discord, Depths of Darkhollow, and The Serpent Spine.
Both of these new servers are now live and ready to embrace new and veteran players with open arms. Now is the time to relive what it was like to jump into EverQuest way back when it first started. If players would like to read about each server and their Unlock schedule, they can do so on EverQuest's site.
