Compensation Announced For Nightingale Players Whose Realms Had To Be Rolled Back
A special bundle will help players rebuild.
If you’re one of the Nightingale players who had to have their Realms rolled back earlier this month as a result of a bug in the survival fantasy RPG’s system, we have good news. Today, Inflexion Games announced compensation for all affected players. This applies to everyone who submitted a Realm rollback request as well as those whom the team flagged as having lost data over the weekend of March 9.
To pick up their compensation, players will need to decide which of their characters (if they have more than one) they want it on. They will receive the reward just once. So this is a “be sure” situation. Log into the game on that character, open the menu, and go to “Rewards” under “System”. Once done players will have a bundle containing 500 T1 Essence, 500 T2 Essence, and 1500 T3 Essence. Also, be aware that for this to work, players will need to have completed the tutorial Realms and spoken with Puck in the Abeyance.
Also note that players who were affected by the bug but for some reason didn’t receive the bundle can submit a ticket via player support.
