Celebrate Pac-Man's 40th Anniversary With Pac-Man Studio On Twitch
Everyone's favorite pellet-chomper is turning 40, and in honor of the big day Amazon Games announced "Pac-Man Live Studio". This co-op multiplayer experience lets gamers play the classic game online with their friends via Twitch. But, apparently that's not all it does.
Pac-Man Live Studio features three different modes for players to enjoy. The first -- as we'd all probably expect -- is the classic mode. Players can play the original 1980 version of the game, with one twist: There's a lot more competition.
Next up is "Endless Mode" in which players compete as teams for rank on a monthly leaderboard. The trick is that players can only compete once per level. So, if you want to really be competitive, players will need to rely on their teammates to complete the levels they can't.
If those two modes aren't enough, there's also a maze creator where players can design their own levels and share them with other players. The mazes that get the most play and likes will be featured in the Most Popular menu.
