Blade & Soul Has A Lot On The Way This Year, But The UE4 Update Isn't One Of Them
While NCSoft has been busy updating and changing a variety of things in Blade & Soul, including revamping the skill system, adding a fishing system, and more, there's still more to be done. In fact, the devs have several things on their to-do list for the rest of the year. There's a new class coming in September. New talent specializations are planned for the Destroyer and Assassin classes. And, of course, there will be new dungeons, raids, and more.
However, the one thing that fans are looking forward to that may not be implemented before the year ends is the Unreal Engine 4 upgrade. According to the summer Producer's Letter, the team doesn't expect the update to happen this year but they have been working on it and will have more news to share at a later date. The letter also included a short clip showing off some of the work that's been done already. So at least players have a small taste of what's to come.
