Blade & Soul Goes All Punny With The Blade & Ghoul Event
Here we go, yet another MMO Halloween event kicked off this week. Today, NCSoft launched Blade & Ghoul, Blade & Soul's answer to requisite spooky activities. The event arrives as part of Patch 7.3 -- which is obviously more than just ghosts and goblins. A new dungeon challenge has been introduced as well as new PvE weapons and pet gems. There are also 6 new events, including the Halloweeen Haunt.
During the Haunt, which runs until November 18, players will be able to obtain Halloween Treats for free via the game's store. These treats contain a few items, including Halloween Hauls that can be turned into Heavy Halloween Hauls using Pumpkin Taffy. Both the regular Halloween Haul and the Heavy Halloween Haul offer Happy Halloween Tokens to players. They can be used to transmute other items. The Heavy Halloween Haul, however, also offers other useful items to players, including potions, fireworks, crystal bundles, and more. It's actually a pretty sizeable list, as is the list of the various things that can be transmuted. Luckily, all the details are available in the patch notes on the Blade & Soul site.
