Aura Kingdom's Frostfire Patch Adds New Maps, Rewards, And Cool New Content
Aura Kingdom's Frostfire Patch (otherwise known as Patch 73 & 74) released today, adding a level cap increase to 120, new daily quests, pretty new maps, dungeons, and more. As part of the level cap increase, gamigo has decreased the XP curve between levels 103 and 115, and added new daily quests for players working their way between levels 101 and 105. These quests are available via Mirabelle and are tied to the Obscure Temple, Dawn Passage, and Silent Ancient Castle dungeons.
There are two new maps added this go round, "Glowing Floodsplain" and "Silent Hill". Both feature conversions, oddities, and professions. As for dungeons, two of these have been added as well, "Swamp Forest" and "Frost Realm". Both are available for solo players or groups. Both also require players to have reached level 10.
As you'd probably expect, a good portion of the update is balances and quality of life changes. The latter includes a new Eidolon skill level system that can be accessed at level 25. Players access this system via the 4th tab in the Eidolon interface, after accepting and completing the quest Mildreds Research Invitation. Once players have access they can upgrade Eidolon skills to level 60, provided they have the Mana Starstones for it.
