to say,its not easy to play with wards,enemy get u and u get killed,remain behind,so no one will buy wards if in that team is no one support,if there is one,they will rage to him to buy wards making him noob,etc.Now with this new updates oracle last only 5 minutes or on death,and are few that use it now,invisible enemy are easy to get them,and now few times they ward other things than baron or dragon

I would recommend playing the game and actually learning where to place the wards. There are tons of places where you can place a ward and make it almost invisible for people with oracle, so they won't be able to remove it. Do some research and try again.

I play support and i approve mostly of this guide :)
Very well said , Just adding that you can use Lantern for free ward every 3 min .
But ofcourse the wards can be placed a bit differently depending on the situation and how usefull they will be for you and the team .
But the general idea is that and its very accurate :)
