My most Favorite theme is a more Futuristic Theme but with Traditional Fantasy elements, RF online back then hit the nail with it's Futuristic / fantasy and slightly steampunk type of theme. But i generally do not dislike any other Theme, Fantasy is okay, Medieval is okay hell even Anime but then it depends on if the game actually interests me or not. currently only RF online was able to bind me for years after years, anything else was dropped within a month or two.

Everyone has their own favorite theme when it comes to games but it usually depends on kind of game it is. For MMO's, most people would stick to the traditional fantasy/magic or the occasional anime theme. If your like me, you don't care what theme it is, as long as it looks promising and has at least one hot girl in it.
