For the question of the week: I think I've discovered that I prefer physical CCGs to online ones. I have extensive collections of both MTG and Magi Nation, and while I've tried a lot of online CCGs, I no longer play any of them. My first one was Clash of Dragons which was a lot of fun until a particular update really turned me off to it. My favorite thing about it was mega-brawls, which was a party of four against a boss it made for a lot of cool plays off of one another's decks and some of those bosses had pretty nasty mechanics. Your deck size was also your life total so it made you think a lot about how to build and play the deck. It had a superhero themed sister game that unfortunately didn't last long. Rise of Mythos was another one I enjoyed that was more of a card game/strategy game hybrid. Again it had a party of four vs a boss mode which was what I mainly played. Hearthstone and Magic Origins I played as well, but found both disappointing. Hearthstone just felt frustrating to me, like I could never get anywhere with it, and Magic... ugh... you have so many cards, put them all in there! Between that and the glitch-ness in the beginning I just couldn't. Since those I've pretty much stayed away from the online varieties and stuck to the physical sort.
Da-Bomb to 3 games exactly, Warframe when I feel like shooting things up, Wildstar because raiding content with proper mechanics and Path of Exile when I'm in a mood to go hack n'slash, these 3 have conquered my gaming time and while I dabble into other here and there these are my constants.
QotW, currently I'm not playing any of the CCGs but I tried pretty much most of them and the ones that got most of my time for a while are these 4, Faeira, Hearthstone, Spellweaver and Shadowverse, now if you ask me to play one of them again I'll answer with only 2 of them Spellweaver and Faeria.
