For the question of the week: My unsung hero game is actually a series, the Tales RPG series (Tales of Destiny, Tales of Symphonia, etc.) Since they are couch co-op capable, the hubby and I have been going through them in preparation for the new one releasing this year. They have customization in what skills/artes you equip to the character you choose to control, action combat that's fun and not too convoluted, and old school RPG flair. Plus there's tons to do in each game aside from the main story.
