This whole aion expansion segment was a total waste of time. The same old biased the games grindy. Every mmo is grindy. And aion isnt grindy at all. At launch it was the easiest to max lvl to 50. All you had to do was kill elite mobs. Later on they got rid of elite xp rewards outside instances so it actually got worse somewhat. if you were trying to lvl on quests you were doing it wrong. Archeage is by fast the most pointlessly grindy games. Lving by quests in that game is also rediculously long compared to just lvling a little bit each day with 12k labor. But beyond that archeage has no point to pvp. And yeah thats what it leads to. Even after some people get like max lvl in aion with xp scroll and soloing instances in like 3-7 days sometimes It's still the same bull grind you find in any mmo. Probably why these guys after 7 years when an expansion comes out all they have to talk about is some lvl 20 review that doesn't even talk about the title. Fake journalists can't even do a little bit of research. When it gets to the us all the update stuff is already known because it releases like 3-6 months before in korea. And there's plenty of real gamer designed websites that talk about all that information. So yeah f you hate the inevitable gear grind and open world pvp against people that put in more time into their virtual life job then maybe you can't grasp the concept of any mmo. And wow's combat is also very dated. I can't even believe the idea of trying to compare aion to one of the thousand grinder chinese lowbudget grinder games. And aion skills are still far superior then like any mmo. And all those "action games" are just simplified to basically one button spaming like tera or 4 button guild wars.

I was gonna hop into tera again, as it sounded a bit fun when you talked about it... then realized that I can't play it through steam, so... not gonna. I will probably never play it again. :/

Tera may be back tracking on the server, some news today about steam region locking the game for RU and EU so they'll be loosing those players unless they want to play the stand alone client
