The video details Faren’s time at the company, accusing a manager of outing her as transgender and the company effectively locking her out of her accounts by using her deadname as the login. She claims that when she took the issue up with the company, they called ultimately decided to use her healthcare package as leverage to force her to sign a contract saying she wouldn’t sue Bethesda. This included healthcare she needed to cover gender-affirming care. As things wore on, Faren was eventually offered a resignation and accepted.
In May, Faren filed suit against ZOS and AP Benefit Advisors, LLC. According to MassivelyOP, the case hasn’t been assigned to a court yet because it’s still in the early stages of the legal process.
