Your Hearthstone Tropical Vacation Has Arrived, Perils In Paradise Expansion Live Today
Apparently there’s no new board in this update.
Today, Blizzard dropped the Perils in Paradise expansion in Hearthstone. The expansion, which has a tropical vacation vibe introduces new Tourist keyword cards that allow players to bring in cards from another class into their current deck. Every class has a Legendary Tourist that can visit another specified class. Keep in mind that only one tourist can visit a deck.
As for the Perils in Paradise cards, the new cards include new locations players can visit, like a Knickknack Shack or Parrot Sanctuary, and drinks that offer different benefits. The location cards can be visited on each trip and might even re-open early provided players meet certain specifications.
One thing this update apparently doesn’t have is a new board, which is kind of weird for the card game. A week ago, data farmer imik posted on Twitter that there was no new board included in the game’s data. Since a new board wasn’t mentioned in today’s expansion launch announcement, it seems accurate.
Now what you've all been waiting for... There is no new board in the data.
This is how a new board gets assigned in the data, expansion prefix, underscore, board.
There is none for VAC_Board (VAC = prefix for this expansion). pic.twitter.com/HGm1JkHrAH
