If you’re planning on attending Melbourne International Games Week in October, and are a fan of Square Enix’s MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, you’ll want to pay attention to this. On October 8, FFXIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida will appear at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for an exclusive developer talk hosted by Stephanie “Hex” Bendixsen.

The one-night-only event is limited to 1,000 attendees with tickets being first-come, first-served. It’s scheduled to take place at 19:00 AEDT (or 1:00 AM Pacific) in the Goldfields Theatre. They’ll even be giving attendees a commemorative poster – seen below.

Tickets are $10 AU or $5 for ACMI members. The latter are on sale as of today. If you’d like to get your hands on a ticket, hit up the ACMI website.
