World Of Warships Celebrates Halloween With A Heroes Of Might And Magic III Collaboration
And with “The Last Voyage of Transylvania”.
It seems that by now, we should probably stop being surprised by video game crossovers. Pretty much anything goes. Still, it’s a little weird when Wargaming emails you to let you know that they’re collaborating with Heroes of Might and Magic III in World of Warships. Yes, it’s a Halloween thing, so it makes a bit more sense, but still…
The new collaboration in the strategy game includes six new Commanders, some of whom are voiced by the characters’ original actors in Heroes of Might and Magic III. These would be Catherine Ironfist of the Castle and Sandro of the Necropolis. All six Commanders come with 10 skill points. In addition, players can explore a map inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic III, unlocking the Commanders and earning different resources as they go along.
This being the Halloween update, players can also expect creepy content, including Jack-o’-Landtern containers and a new Halloween Operation titled, “The Last Voyage of Transylvania”. We don’t know the details of the operation. It seems that’s intended to be a surprise.
Of course, a new World of Warships update does mean new Warships. This one features three new Japanese Battleships; the Tier VIII Yumiharia, Tier IX Adatara, and Tier X Bungo.
