World Of Warship Legends’ Racing Mode Returns In Time For Spring
There’s actually a lot going on in this update.
It’s that time again, strategy game fans. The sun is shining, the breeze is crisp, and ships that look like something out of a 1950s sci-fi story are zipping their way across the ocean in World of Warships Legends’ Racing Legends event. The event will kick off on March 20 and last for three seasons – each a week long.
During this event, players will race against four other players using one of two special ships with randomly boosted consumables. They’ll also need to avoid torpedoes launched by their competitors. (This is a war game, after all.) Players who successfully climb the leaderboard will earn Racing Legends Tokens that can be exchanged for different rewards, including two new ships.
Racing isn't the only spring activity World of Warships Legends players get to take part in. It is March, and that means St. Patrick’s Day is upon us. Someone broke into the green paint and one of the many rewards that can be found in the event’s Pot of Gold Crates is a Premium cruiser Celtic in a festive green and gold skin.
The update isn’t just events. Five new ships have also made their way into the game. These are two cruisers, two destroyers, and a battleship – representing the US, Japan, the UK, and Pan-Asia.
