While PC Beta Has Been Running Already, Now Xbox Players Can Get In On Mecha BREAK's Testing
Since testing was delayed a bit on the console, you're getting some freebies.
You've been able to play in the PC beta for Amazing Seasun Games' mech-shooter Mecha BREAK for a few weeks now. However, the game hasn't been available on consoles just yet. Today that changes...well, kinda. PlayStation players are still going to have to wait until later this year to decide if Mecha BREAK is for them. However, as of right now, Xbox players can now join in on the open test that currently has no end date.
It's a little challenging to find on the Xbox Marketplace, though. If you're manually searching for the game there, make sure to search for "Mecha BREAK Demo." Alternatively, you could just click this handy link to get to the correct page.
Mecha BREAK's test does include cross play, but you can also opt out of cross play in the console's settings if you like. Matches are a 3v3 or 6v6 affair and the game was one of our "Top 5 from Steam Next Fest" just this past week.
As a bit of an apology for Xbox players getting in a tad late, anyone who tests the game will receive 2,000 Corite, the game's cash shop currency. This should be enough to get you immediate access to 4-5 mechs, depending on which mechs you opt to purchase.
