This Week's Free EGS Offering Is A Weird Bullet-Hell Spoof Of The Exorcist
Do you love dodging bullets? Fighting demons? What about typing out your attacks while you're dodging bullets and fighting demons? If you said yes to these AND are a fan of the Exorcist, then you'll probably want to snag this week's free Epic Games Store offering... The Textorcist: The Story of Ray Bibbia.
Okay, so you're not going to be seeing the same characters as those found in the original Exorcist here (probably a good thing, because copyright). But still, if you're a fan of the movie, you'll definitely pick up on the homages. That said, at its core The Texorcist is a fully-fledged bullet-hell game with a twist. In addition to dodging insane amounts of projectiles while trying to get in some shots of your own, you'll be spelling out some of your attacks as they pop up on screen. Honestly, it sounds stressful. But I'm sure some of you will be disgustingly good at it.
Remember, you have until next Thursday, when the offering will change to Elite Dangerous and The World Next Door, to grab your copy for free. After that, it'll run you $15.
