Warframe's Nidus Prime and Operation: Plague Star Events Now Live
It's a solid infest-ment.
Today's Warframe update brings the Nidus Prime 'frame to the table, letting players take on the role of what "a mass of flesh and sinew that was once a hurtling Infested asteroid," now that it's "festering and breathing once more, and as putrid as always." Delightful!
You can find relics containing Nidus Prime blueprints on the Plains of Eidolon, as well as the Ghoul Saw heavy Melee Weapon. Alternatively, you can shell out $79.99 for the Nidus Prime Access Pack, which includes Nidus Prime, Nidus Prime Glyphs, Strun Prime, Magnus Prime, and 2,675 Platinum. The $49.99 Prime Accessories Pack is also on sale, offering, well, accessories for Nidus Prime if you already have him unlocked.
Also arriving today is the Operation: Plague Star event, which runs through September 30 and has players rallying together to defend the Plains of Eidolon against Infested lifeforms. Rewards include the Grineer weapon Ghoulsaw as well as the aforementioned Nidus Prime Relics.
