Warframe's First Update Of The Year, "Dante Unbound", Gets A Release Date
It's sooner than you might think.
Today Warframe announced the release date for its first update of the year titled "Dante Unbound". The update launches on March 27th for all current platforms. You can tune into this month's Devstream on Friday, March 22nd for all the details, but we'll run down what we know so far.
Playing as Warframe Dante you cast Light or Dark Verses to increase the maximum health of your allies or inflict Slash Damage on nearby enemies. The newest Warframe is inspired by classic MMO casters and the pattern of abilities used changes the spell combo's ultimate finishing ability, Final Verse.
There will be a new challenging mission type in Deep Archimedea which is an amalgamation of three different existing mission types. The Murmur faction is getting a new addition in the Gruzzling, a greedy space goblin full of loot.
Along with a rework of Warframe Inaros and the return of the TennoGen community cosmetic skin program, the Dante Unbound update appears to be a big one.
Expect to hear (and see) more from the team on March 22nd from PAX.

The APRG and extraction part looks nice so far, but I'll really need to see what reasons I'll have to repeat the gameplay loop over and over.
At the same time, the Breakfast Skirmish is coming to an end.
I'm kind of stunned this game is still here.
While it makes sense to finally merge "early access" and "launch" servers, this still seems like a large merge.
