Warface Origins Season Gives Classic Maps A Bit Of A Makeover
The new season kicks off today.
Are you are a Warface player who hasn’t been feeling some of the more classic maps in the game – Hangar, Airbase, or Dock? You may be excited to know that My.Games have given them a bit of a refresh. Today, redesigned versions of all three maps have been introduced as part of the new Origins Season update. All three are currently available in the matches rotation.
The new season also includes a redesigned Battle Pass with a new progression system. Players will find that the number of levels has been adjusted with more prestige levels having been added. Now players can earn experience in all possible modes, with varying levels of difficulty. Completing daily tasks and general activities throughout the season will earn players ample rewards, including weapons for different classes.
Of course, a new seasonal Battle Pass also means a new Battle Pass store with additional rewards, including an increased number of items for permanent use like the military-style Apostates armor series. There are also Apostate camouflage weapons.
Finally, the update does include an in-game event. Made up of both a PvE mission and a special PvP mode, the event will reward players with a currency that can be exchanged for additional rewards. In the PvE mission, players will take on waves on enemies. The PvP mode, on the other hand, features various encounters from Team Deathmatch.
