Want Something New To Play? GOG And Epic Have Free Titles From Myst And BioShock Devs
By now, I'm sure you all know Epic has free games available every week. But did you also know GOG is offering a game for free at the moment?
For a very limited time, GOG is offering the sci-fi adventure game Obduction for free as part of a sale. In case you're unaware, it's from the creators of Myst and Riven. So if you've played either of those, you should have a pretty good idea what you're in for. Generally, Obduction is a $30 game, so "free" is definitely a good deal.
You can grab the game right now on the GOG store, but you'll definitely want to hurry -- the offer ends in less than a day.
As for Epic, I figured that while I was here, I'd just go ahead and cover that, too. The big sale is still running on the Epic Games Store, and as a result they're changing their free games every week instead of every two. This week, you can add a copy of the first-person action/adventure game City of Brass to your collection. This particular game is from Uppercut Games, an indie company featuring former senior BioShock devs.
City of Brass is generally a $20 game, so between both of these, you'll be saving yourself $50. To grab City of Brass, just log into your account on the EGS and claim it.
