Want Some Avatar The Last Airbender Skins In Overwatch 2? Here's How You Get Them Starting Tomorrow
Yeah, sure, you can buy some. I'm talking about what you get for just playing.
Tomorrow, December 17th, will see Avatar The Last Airbender arrive in Blizzard's hero-shooter Overwatch 2. The collaboration will run until December 30th, so if you want some of these skins and other rewards, you'll have about two weeks to get them.
If you're looking to skip the cash shop, you can pick up your Mei as Katara skin by completing special challenges throughout the event. Completing these challenges will also unlock various player icons, sprays, and voice lines for those that just love to rep the Four Nations.
Of course, the official announcement doesn't indicate any prices for other skins, but based on other collaborations you will probably be able to grab a bundle of 5 skins from somewhere between $50-$60 with individual skins obviously being less. That's just a guess based on previous collaborations, though, don't hold me to it.
Those "other" skins available will include Zenyatta as Aang, Orisa as Appa, Venture as Toph, Genji as Zuko, and Kiriko as Suki.
Now, seriously, where's my Cabbage merchant?
