Ventrue Wardens Set To Feast On Prague In Tomorrow's Bloodhunt Update
The next Ventrue archetype comes to the game along with a new weapon and other updates.
Tomorrow's the day, Kindred! It's December update time for Bloodhunt, the F2P battle royale based on the Vampire: The Masquerade franchise, and we're getting a new archetype. The Warden comes to the game as the second Ventrue archetype and brings a few nifty new abilities with it.
On the defensive side of things, "Flesh of Marble" does exactly what you probably think it does making you impervious for a short duration on a pretty long cooldown. While being "marble" though, you won't be able to heal or shoot. You can move and reload though so use it as an escape ability when things go awry.
The other unique ability for Wardens is "Shackle." Basically you tether an opponent and if they move beyond 15 meters from the tether point during the duration of the tether they take 50 damage... certainly a nice way to try and keep that prey from getting too far away.
The Warden even comes with some really awesome healing options and there's a great video by Motion Gaming that we've embedded below showcasing all of them.
The update isn't JUST the Warden though as Prague is seeing a bevy of map changes, a new weapon (the Dual Daggers) are being introduced, weapon and aim assist balancing gets a few tweaks, and perhaps most interestingly, we see the introduction of a new permanent battle pass, meaning it no longer displays an end date. This is apparently being done to avoid confusion on when new updates may arrive. The cash shop has also undergone a few changes.
Check out the video on the Warden below and head to the site for the full details on tomorrow's update.
